Our business is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Master Technician | Diagnostic Specialist to join our team!

If you are a skilled automotive technician with strong diagnostic abilities and 5–10 years of hands-on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-equipped, growing shop with strong community roots. We recently expanded our facility, including full air conditioning throughout the shop—now we need the right technician to fill it.

Ron's Auto Repair Center is a family-owned independent automotive repair and maintenance facility known for quality work, integrity, and long-term customer relationships. We are currently seeking a Technician Team Player who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, efficient repairs, and professional workmanship.

Pay & Benefits

  • $60,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle systems
  • Accurately identify drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
  • Complete high-quality repair and maintenance work
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Provide dependable, consistent service quality

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of automotive diagnostic experience required
  • Strong background in diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • ASE certifications preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Skilled in electrical, engine performance, and drivability diagnosis
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Valid driver’s license required
